What does our Capacity Building Program include?
Our capacity building programs has two main phases – Pre and Post Implementation.
This ensures you have the right knowledge to plan your system appropriately and then move on to learn audit skills to conduct internal audits that support with ongoing monitoring of your system.
Both phases involve our training and support services, as well as implementation activities where you embed you learning and respond to any gaps identified.
